eOriginal asked AEGIS to help build and design a state-of-the-art distributed architecture to support the eOriginal™ Process. One of the key requirements was that it had to be highly portable to different platforms and application servers. The system was built using Java 2 Platform, Enterprise Edition (J2EE) technology. AEGIS's extensive expertise in designing J2EE solutions resulted in a solution that enabled the eOriginal business components to be easily ported between different application servers on different platforms.
