Java

We are currently seeking Java Developers with various levels of experience. The current development projects within our firm consist of the following development tools: [Java, Servlets, Applets, EJB, Java Beans, Java Server Pages (JSP), XML, HTML]

XML

Looking for senior level Programmers. Java and XML is a must, object oriented design, and good communication skills. Applicant must have working knowledge of SGML and/or XML to develop and maintain SGML/XML applications.

Mercury Interactive

Development expertise in Mercury Interactive test tool suite Test Director, Load Runner and Win Runner. Definition and construction of required performance test environment for all assigned products. Definition of all required application performance tests on assigned products. Execution of all defined application performance tests. Evaluation and assessment of test results. Reporting & tracking of all performance test issues & concerns.

SilverStream

Develop Web applications using SilverStream and Java. 2 years of experience with additional GUI languages is recommended. Will be responsible for developing and maintaining internet applications; designing and coding static and dynamic web pages, and supporting client areas in analysis, design and testing of business applications.

Oracle

Responsibilities include writing complex database update scripts to refresh a large data warehouse. Responsible for the performance and maintenance of Oracle databases, on either NT or Unix machines. Ensures scalability and manageability. Establishes and monitors Oracle instances and migration to new versions. Deploys test production databases, portioning, placement of tables.

Personal Leave

Each full-time employee receives 20 days of paid personal leave per year for 1-5 years of service, and 25 days of personal leave per year after 5 years of service.

Holidays

AEGIS observes 8 paid holidays each year.

Overtime Compensation

AEGIS pays each employee any billable overtime that is worked at the rate equal to the employee's normal salaried hourly rate.

Tuition Reimbursement

AEGIS reimburses each employee up to $3,000 per year for approved college and professional courses after six months of employment.

Professional Certification Bonus

AEGIS pays $1,000 for each level of professional certification obtained by the employee.

Supplemental Health Coverage

AEGIS provides Supplemental Health insurance.

Dental Insurance

Each employee is covered 100% for preventative and diagnostic procedures.

Short Term and Long Term Disability Insurance

No employee contribution is required.

Life Insurance

Each employee is covered for an amount equal to three times annual base salary with a maximum of $300,000. Each employee can opt to receive additional life insurance through payroll deduction.

Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP)

AEGIS offers a competitive retirement savings plan. Employees may contribute up to 10% of their salary and are eligible to enroll at the beginning of the first quarter after they have been an employee for 6 months. AEGIS matches 50% of the employee's contribution. Deductions are pre-tax and can be done through payroll deduction.

Employee Assistance Program

Each employee and all immediate family members are eligible to receive prepaid, professional, confidential counseling for family or personal problems.
